LOS Agency is looking for a creative and strategic social media specialist to join our Byron Bay studio.
This role is for someone who lives and breathes social media, someone who understands how to build a brand's presence online, grow an engaged audience, and create content that genuinely resonates.
You'll manage select client social media profiles across Instagram and potentially Pinterest and TikTok, owning the strategy, content planning, and day-to-day execution. You'll also produce and edit short-form video content including reels and social ads.
Who we're looking for
Proven experience successfully managing social media accounts, ideally for a brand.
Ability to develop and execute social media strategies across key platforms.
Strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and what drives engagement.
Video editing skills for reels and short-form content.
An eye for design and the ability to create visually compelling content in Adobe, Canva or similar.
Excellent written communication skills.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
Bonus skills
Experience with Pinterest and/or TikTok content.
Photography / Content Creation skills.
Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
Experience in scaling and virality.

LOS Agency is looking for a talented graphic designer to join our Byron Bay studio.
This role is for a designer with a strong eye for brand, someone who takes pride in craft, understands visual identity, and can produce high-quality design work across a range of formats.
You'll work closely with our Creative Director to support client projects including logo design, brand guidelines, and visual assets for social media and digital advertising. You'll also create graphics for social platforms and ads, ensuring all work is consistently on-brand and to a high standard.
Who we're looking for
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design
Experience with branding and visual identity
Solid understanding of typography and its role in design
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or similar)
Confident working within brand guidelines and adapting designs across formats
High attention to detail and a commitment to strong design standards
Ability to work collaboratively within a small, fast-paced team

This is a varied, all-rounder role that sits across social media, content, and marketing support, perfect for someone early in their career with experience who wants to grow fast and get hands-on experience across a range of marketing disciplines.
You'll support the team with social media management, content scheduling, building growth and marketing strategies, reporting, email marketing and general marketing coordination. You'll be across multiple client accounts, helping to keep things running smoothly and contributing ideas along the way.
